sharing the ACME holistic vision, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering creative + functional designs for our clients.
project lead from concept, planning, documentation, presentations, consultant coordination, onsite administration through to completion
liaising with suppliers, contractors and clients
ensure during build phase that projects are built as per documentation, budgets, and managing client expectations
prepare and lead internal, site and client meetings
introducing fresh concepts into the ACME studio whilst avoiding current trends

the ideal candidate will have strong conceptual design skills with a keen interest in growing strategically.
you are a creative self-starter with a disciplined approach and have the ability to artistically interpret briefs and imagine, create and produce inspiring ideas.

candidate prerequisites
minimum 7 years interior designer / post graduate architect with industry experience
experience in software vectorworks / renderworks preferable with indesign + photoshop skills
proven experience in the hospitality and commercial disciplines
strong conceptual design skills to create project visual direction
meticulous 2D documentation and 3D modelling skills
strong multi-tasking skills and exceptional time management
strong construction and detailed documentation skills
enthusiastic positive energy with a responsible work ethic
original thinker with a collaborative approach
